Qualified Theft Complaint Against Gus Rodano and Cohorts, et al.

September 27th, 2011

Here’s the Qualified Theft Complaint, in full, that was filed against Gus Rodano and his cohorts/co-conspirators Filed in DAVAO City.

Not a pleasant read.

These are criminal charges in Davao City. Thus Summons for the Davao Qualified Theft case have been issued against all conspirators, and should be served by the end of this week.

Monkey Profile & Psychological Evaluation

September 27th, 2011

In the TRO hearing the Respondent Gus Rodano complained that the Plaintiff Michael Turner had created monkey profiles of him on Facebook.

Here’s Gus’ actual Facebook account screenshot at that time. Note that the image is of a chimp, an ape (with no tail) and not of a monkey (which has a tail). Both Apes and Monkeys are still considered to be primates for those Animal Planet buffs.

The Plaintiff’s Motion to find Respondents in Contempt had an attachment that included a screen shot of Respondent Gus Rodano’s “monkey” Facebook profile, as well as his psychological profile. Some interesting parts are highlighted in yellow. These are public documents that you can find at Branch 18, MTC, Cagayan de Oro.

Supplemental Affidavit Complaint for Robbery

September 19th, 2011

The Supplemental Affidavit Complaint has been submitted to include ALL the Incorporators of of MEARA Interactive, Inc., and those who acted in Davao in an organized conspiracy with MEARA people.

Supplemental Affidavit Complaint for Robbery

And if you want to read the original complaint affidavit for robbery and hacking (violation of the E-Commerce Law of 2000) just click here.

If you want to read about the TRO (etc) civil complaint against Meara Interactive, Inc., and it’s founder, Gus Rodano, you can read the original complaint here.

If you would like to read the answer to the TRO complaint, you can read that one here.

If you would like to read the Final Prayer for TRO from Michael Turner, et al.,

Perhaps the Respondent’s Motion to Find Plaintiff in Contempt of Court will be more to your liking?

Plaintiff’s Motion to find Respondents in Contempt.

The Plaintiff’s Offer Of Exhibits, can be read here, but it is rather loooong. Around the same number of pages as SMSI had employed up until a couple of days after Meara Interactive, Inc., was created, when the Robbery complaint, up above refers to, and its amended complaint affidavit includes more.

Then there’s the Davao criminal complaint for qualified theft(1st page only, which has already been filed) and I’m just waiting for the stamp received copies from Davao before I post a copy here. The very same defendants in the amended robbery complaint in CdO are also included in the Davao complaint for qualified theft conspiracy because the Davao theft took place just three hours after the CdO “mafia-style” raid went down.

I should also reserve places here for the transcripts from the original TRO hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, and the 2nd TRO hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, as well as the one that followed on Monday, September 12, 2011. Compare the transcripts to the actual submitted pleadings, for giggles.

Gus Rodano ~vs~ Michael Turner, for LIBEL

Libel Counter Affidavit.

StickyMedia Itchy StickyFingers MEARA.CO Gus Rodano Launches His New Business

August 19th, 2011

Rotarian of the Month, Gus Rodano, launches his new business with pride and with an incredible smile, HerbaLife white teeth. He has more clients than he can handle. His fellow Rotarian investors, mostly all distinguished Paul Harris Fellows, exemplifying the ideals of Rotary are just amazed at his instant success. They are all confident that Gus will lead them into a new era of prosperity and benefit for themselves.

And here he is in another candid moment.

I know it looks like Gus is wearing hand-cuffs, but actually he’s got something a lot more valuable than just a couple of hard drives in his hand. He has several years of confidential data from the clients of Michael Turner. Surely, he will hold that secure. That’s his future. That’s his bank job.

The savvy investing partners of the wily Rotarian of the Month awardee are all distinguished Paul Harris fellows, aaaa, bbbb, cccc, dddd, eeee, and such. This exemplifies the epitome of Rotary, when fellow noted Past Presidents and PAGs and perhaps some Past Governors bask in the glory of launching a new era of international cooperation and goodwill.

With such distinguished supporting investors, Gus is sure to be a stalwart of the local civic community for years to come, and he’ll even pick you up at the airport and take you back when your trip is done and the wool over your eyes will be like a transparent silk veil. You never even knew it was there.

The new client’s of Gus used to be the clients of Michael Turner, until the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Rotarian of the Month Gus Rodano took their confidential data as virtual hostage and what? Held them for ransom? Did he say, “I have your confidential data that I could sell to your competitors” with a rising inflection of offering a deal that cannot be refused?

Do two wrongs make a right?

What a harbinger of confidence in the nascent, burgeoning BPO industry in Cagayan de Oro City. Asia being the fastest growing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) in the World, and the Philippines the fastest growing BPO center of Asia, and Mindanao being the fastest growing part of the Philippines for BPO services, surely this nascent Mearai.co company of Cagayan de Oro Rotarian of the Month Awardee Gus Rodano will set a precedent like no other before it.

Actually, Paul Harris Fellow PD Michael Turner of the Rotary Club of Cagayan do Oro (The “Mother Club”), founded 64 years ago, has spent several years living in Cagayan de Oro, and has nurtured a prospering business for several years and is active in multiple socio-civic clubs, and is married to a local Filipina Marissa Valles, who is currently the President of the Rotary Anns (or Spouses) of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro, had been serving most of his dedicated clients faithfully for many years by supplying the youthful but intelligent local Cagayanons with the best and most advanced jogs in the city.

The clients of Michael Turner HarvestSEO.com, Inc., are some of the biggest players in the SEO industry and some, especially Michael Turner himself (LOL), might consider himself to the most influential SEO in the Philippines (in his dreams). Some of Michael Turner’s clients include media giants like ….. and ……

Maybe you never heard of them. Most people have never heard of Michael Turner, because what Michael Turner does is confidential for his clients. But his client’s client’s are really big names like ….. and ….. and ….. Yeah, you know those names. Your wear their clothes or you buy your music from them, or you fly their friendly skies.

Oh, the victim of Gus is not really Michael Turner. The victim of PD Gus Rodano is the nascent, burgeoning SEO (Search Engine Optimization) industry that has been happening right here in Cagayan de Oro since the day Michael Turner started this business right here in CdO!! Yeehaw!! Eight years ago.

You can count on the City of Cagayan de Oro to meet your BPO outsourcing needs and keep you safe from local predators. Especially, if you hook up with astounding and stalwart backbone of the community, the Greatest Club in the World, the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro Members.

Foreign investors beware!

This author hasn’t slept well in three weeks now.

If you really need to contact Michael Turner, please call Tel. No. : (632) 301-2000

(That’s his Manila line, just tell them you want to talk to Michael Turner from Cagayan de Oro, and they’ll put you though. All calls are recorded. Prepare to wait for a while.)

If you are calling from the USA, please call Phone: +1 847-866-3000 and ask for Paul Harris Fellow PD Michael Turner of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro, District 3870. Prepare to wait for a while.’

Or just text me at +63 919 296 4037, just text your name, my name, and your question and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

Final test. Is the computer more than stored and manipulated data, the intellectual property stores of many clients, developed over many years, records of intellectual property value increases over time, and specific proprietary methodologies capable of exponential growth in multiple market horizontals “Glibidigook”), or can a computer be a storehouse of proprietary knowledge that stores data of much more value than its physical components?

In whose possession such data be entrusted? To Cagayanons?

The risk is yours.

Trust. Who do you? Trust.

Trust. Am I safe? Are my business interests safe? Are my employees safe? Are my clients safe?

Should the accounts of MEARAI.CO be investigated? It’s not just the money. Have investors’ money been used for some illicit purpose? Were investors aware of the actually implemented business launching plans? Can a suddenly successful company arise from the ashes of a corrupted bankrupt one? Welcome to the Philippines, my friend!!! (he hehe hhehahah, muhahahahahahAHAHA!

And to the Honorable Vice-Mayor Duterte, of Davao City, I believe you. There is no better place for a high-tech BPO than in Davao. I love Davao City and it loves me back. You were right all along, and I’ll be proud to be your wingman On Any Sunday Riders!

Rotary Dispute Resolution: Does it work?

August 19th, 2011

From the very beginning of this incident I have given the benefit of the doubt to those who acted against me in a brutal attempt to take over my business and decimate me. I have repeatedly offered reconciliation and acted in good faith to make this into a win-win situation for all concerned. To that end I invoked Rotary’s dispute resolution process, but it did not work. Rather it coddled and emboldened those who are against me.

This is my natural state of being, for I am a natural born Rotarian. For me, being a Rotarian is effortless. It is natural to me. The principals of Rotary are ingrained into my being, and such existed long before I ever became a Rotarian. The Four Way Test of Rotary International defines my personal nature. It is a part of me whether or not I am a member of Rotary International. I cannot abandon these principal any more than I can jump out of my own skin. The principals or Rotary are an integral part of me, of who I am.

I have met people in my life who are quite religious and credit their doctrinal faith and beliefs as being their underlying morality; and that were it not for their doctrinal beliefs, were it not for the Ten Commandments, and their fear of God, that they would run amok, creating mayhem, raping, murdering and robbing. For such people I am grateful they have a strong faith, but to think that without such faith they would lead evil and criminal lives scares me. Such people are not in touch with reality. They have to have rules and laws laid down by God in order for them to behave. Pag puyo!

While I am not a religious man, I do believe in a Higher Power. I believe I have a soul and that all sentient beings have souls. I cannot say whether the soul arises from sentience, or whether it is bestowed by God himself. Such philosophical wanderings are beyond my kin. I worry about people that do not have internal mores and depend upon doctrine to determine their behavior. Do they carry around reference materials to refer to when a difficult decision has to be made?

I am making this statement tonight to make it clear that I live with my own conscience, while others could not. I conduct business in the most ethical way. I never took advantage of anyone to enrich myself, while others did the contrary. I write this post to set the record straight. should anyone find disagreement with what I believe in, you could write to me and I will stand tall and proud of how I have conducted my life. My gratitude to everyone who has stood by me in these trying times.

It is in such difficult times that true friends become known. Those who have stood by me, they know who they are, and I will be by their side when they have times of trouble. And for those who did not, you too know who you are, and may you feel ashamed when in times of trouble I will stand by your side. And for those who are against me, you know who you are, I have exhausted my patience towards finding an amicable solution. I have only so much time and resources and now I must focus on obtaining my good objectives without seeking the consent of others.

Gus Rodano ~vs~ Michael Turner, for LIBEL

September 16th, 2011

Libel complaint affidavit.

Is this guy stupid or what? Do you want to join him? Manny texted me, “I think he can fend for himself”. That does not appear to be the case from here.

Remember, all overtures at peaceful, amicable resolution were rejected. And it was I who came to the table seeking such. Brushed away, I had to do what I told everyone they would not want to happen.

And now, I am just getting warmed up.

Military Family, not Militant

September 17th, 2011

My father was the youngest of four brothers. The oldest died at Normandy, on D-Day. The second oldest died at Guadalcanal. The third oldest died in Korea. My father served in Korea in the U.S. Coast Guard, and survived. Both my brother and I attended military schools, and we were both prepared to enter the U.S. Armed Forces. Fortunately, the Vietnam War had just ended when both of us came of age and neither of us was needed to serve our country as warriors.

John Adams:
“I must study politics and war, that our sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. Our sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history and naval architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry and porcelain.”
