Nature’s Pension House, Cagayan de Oro City
Nature’s is in the heart of CdO, in Divisoria. It shares a parking lot with Grand City Hotel, uses Grand City resaurant/kitchen for its room service, and has the same owner. The extension I stayed in is new, and while the rooms are pretty small, they are clean and loaded. There were three large mirrors in the room. The shower has hot and cold water. There is one single bed and one double bed. The price is P875, or about $17/day.
At first I thought the A/C did not work very well as when I left the room and came back later the room would be just as hot as when I left. Eventually I discovered that the hotel staff was flipping a switch downstairs, shutting down the AC whenever I left the room.
Every time I leave the room, the hotel staff flips some switch and turns the AC off. After traipsing around the city and working up a sweat, it is nice to be able to retire to a cool hotel room, but putting a couple of hundred pesos in the right hands fixed this up quick and my room stayed comfortable the rest of my stay there.

Nature’s Pension must have been a byword already among visitors, highly recommended by those who went there before us. The room’s real good. Fits the budget and cozy enough for a day or two.

How many person can accommodate the room? Is there an additional charge for additional person?
Thanks
