Highway 21 Pension House, Iloilo City

This is a much nicer pension house than Eros, and only P700 (~$14) a night (granted, that’s 40% more, but it’s still not much, and less than the P900 to P1050 we’ve been used to paying).   Highway 21 is located next to the Sarabia Hotel, where there are several good restaurants.  They do have hot and cold water in the showers.  CATV, but no WiFI or Internet Access.  My WeRoam card was running at a trickle and was not nearly fast enough for me to get online and take care of business.   Nevertheless, Highway 21 is a good place to stay, neat, clean, cheap, with friendly staff.  Telephone 033-335-1839, 033-335-1840, or Cell 0917-722-4321
