MO2 Restobar, Iloilo City
My favorite Filipino dish is Kinilaw, which is raw fish in vinegar, mixed with an assortment of raw veggies that may included, peppers, onions, tomatos, ginger, radishes, and perhaps others. Mostly I eat Kinilaw na Tanique (Blue Marlin) or Kinilaw na Malasugi (Swordfish), but at MO2 Restobar I saw Pasayan Kinilaw for the first time, which is made with shrimp. Yum Yum. This restaurant is located at Glicerio T Pison Ave and Benigno Aquino Drive, Mandurriao, in Iloilo, a new commercial complex area and there’s a variety of nightlift around the place. The service was excellent, and the price easy on the wallet. Well worth the stop.
