Senior Level Developer/Programmer Wanted
I would say we’re not looking for someone who necessarily has a great design ability but he should be totally confident doing front-end work when necessary. We have pretty good xhtml/css designers at this time so there’s not like full on front-end coding work to do but we need a programmer who can manage front/back integration with ease.
We are also really, really, looking for someone who is PASSIONATE about new programming technologies. Someone who aspires to work on cool and groundbreaking projects but who also understands sometimes we gotta work on so-so projects to pay the bills. We want someone who is forward-thinking and strives to find a BETTER solution always. We need a person who is confident in taking the reigns on a project and a real problem solver, team-player, and a motivator/motivated type of person.
