Yamashita Treasure: Update

I previously posted about digging for the Yamashita Gold in another post, about a month ago. At that time the project had pretty much stalled, because the pumps could not keep up with the inflow of water, and the rate the cylinders were being sunk into the ground had slowed to a crawl.

This on-site-fabricated pile-driver, below, helped get the process moving again. Unlike this previous man-powered pile-driver, this one was connected to a large electric winch and used steel guides so that hits are now regular and effective.

pile-driver-sm.jpg

The ground at that point was sand and gravel with some stones as large as a volleyball, but then the ground turned to a charcoal colored mud. Fred was able to get a machine that would churn this mud into a sludge and then use a sludge-pump to eject the material from the hole. This muck also reduced the amount of water that was coming into the cylinders as it acted as a seal. The sand and gravel barely slowed in the in-rush of the 5-foot below ground level water table, but once the cylinder was firmly into the muck level, the water level was able to be maintained by just a single 3-hp pump.

four-cylinders-sm.jpg

In the above image you can see that four 6-foot tall cylinders are in the ground, three seams/joints where they are bolted together. There are two people in the hole, one wearing a green shirt and at the very bottom you can see the blue hardhat of another worker. These pipes are sunk about 28-feet into the ground.

radar-image-sm.jpg

The above image is generated by ground-penetrating radar and shows 6-foot diameter steel cylinder as the long red image (iron shows as red). This image seems to indicate that the cylinder is indeed directly over some foreign deposits in the ground. However, it does not appear that the deposits are as vast as indicated in the photos from my previous post about digging for the Yamashita Gold (watch the video) or look at some of these images.

fifth-cylinder-sm.jpg

The above image shows the 5th and final cylinder now in place over the first hole. The top of this cylinder is only about 3-feet above original ground level. The images from the ground-penetrating radar would seem to indicate this additional piece, when driven deeper, should be enough to get to the monkey at the bottom of the hole.

beach-scenery-sm.jpg

Above is one of the local girls walking by. There are quite a few locals that walk by on the beach to observe the dig or just to go beach combing, few of whom are as appealing as the above.

Hi what kind of ground penetrating radar are you using? What software do you use to analyze your raw data with? From the looks of it, it seems to me you are using a magnetometer like the USA GEMS Runabout and using the GeoSurveyor2 software. Pls respond thru my email. Thanks

  2. michael Says:

I don’t know. The machine is not mine, but I am hoping to meet the fellow that owns it and runs it next week and get an interview with him, which I will publish here.

  3. Gboy Says:

    Michael,

Sorry to tell you, it seems you are wasting your money on that dig. You dig immediately w/o conduct borehole drill to reconfirm the presence of gold…..a typical amateur treasure hunter WRONG MOVE !

Believe me, there are hundreds of foriegn TH digging treasure accompanied by amateur filipino treasure hunters…result failure. Bcoz they lack a comprehensive treasure research,
exploration….and lack of decades of TH experience.

BTW, I am Gboy…the owner of thread in treasurenet forum re yamashita treasure….The Yamashita treasure community in several treasure forum knows me and my extensive treasure exploration, research and my 100+ treasure sites Thats why I can easily spot a fake Japs treasure site….and your site is one of them, sorry..

  4. Gboy Says:

    Michael,

I observe your pictures in your alleged treasure site. Sorry to tell you…you had a USELESS DIG. There are NO treasure in your site.
    Bcoz:
    1) You have NO treasure map.
    2) You have NO historical Japs occupation in the area.
    3) Your GPR image of alleged treasure target is INCONCLUSIVE and UNRELIABLE simply bcoz it was NOT confirmed by other geophysical instruments like Electromagnetics, resistivity imaging, pulse detection and etc…
    4) NO PROOF OF DRILLED…GOLD DUST/FLAKES SAMPLE….you should have reconfirmed it by BOREHOLE DRILL before digging (just like in mining).
    5) NO PROOF of BOREHOLE VIDEO INSPECTION of GOLD PRESNCE IN YOPUR DIG…

THEREFORE…WHY THE HECK DID YOU DIG ????
Answer: Simply bcoz you rely only on UNRELIABLE JAPS TREASURE STORY OR HEARSAY OF AMATEUR TREASURE HUNTERS…w/o conducting extensive treasure research/geo survey in the area….RESULT ANOTHER USELESS EXPENSIVE DIG BY FORIEGNERS…am I correct?????

  5. michael Says:

Gboy, you do go on, don’t ya? This is not my dig. I don’t know anything about treasure hunting. I just thought this was something interesting to blog about. I’ve invested nothing in this but a little time to observe and take photos and ask questions. However, from what I understand, a large fleet of Japanese warships did come into this bay near the end of the war, and there was some kind of encampment at this spot, from what the locals say, a POW camp or something. But I am just a observer. BTW, if you know of any other digs on Mindanao or in the Visayas, I wouldn’t mind taking some photos and talking to people involved. Let me know. Treasure hunting seems like an interesting pastime.

  6. Gboy Says:

    Michael,

Sorry, i thought you were personally involve in this dig…I realize you only put it in these blog.
Its true that probably millions of Japs soldiers are all over the Philippines…its WW2…however Japs presence alone is NOT synonymous with treasure…you need depth treasure research to reconfirm the presence of treasure in the area.
A Japs encampment in the area could be a good treasure lead however you must use scientific methods (hi-tech geophysical/borehole survey)to reconfirm the presence of treasure first before you dig. Or else if you dig based on treasure hearsay…you will be bankrupt.

No need to go to visayas or mindanao bcoz we have research more than enough, If you wanted to know more about the secret of japanese treasure…I CAN TELL YOU HERE RIGHT NOW….WHAT IS YOUR TREASURE QUESTIONS?

we have discovered one of the caves in my uncles beach here in Davao,i would like to ask for your help…we have used a mirror and the degree of the sun to find the entrance but we are experiencing trouble in some places inside the tunnel. there is a very thick layer of concrete that a cutter couldn’t break can you give me some of your thoughts on that one? it is said that 3 generals own the buried treasure…if your not busy i would like to ask questions from you.

  9. Mitz Says:

    To GBoy,
I believed you had the comprehensive idea about
    Japs treasure and maps.
My question is different from what common TH has
to ask you and hope you can help me find my quei-
rry. Do you have any infos about shipwrecks of
Japs vessels loaded with AU’s and other commo-
dities within the Visayan region only. I will
appreciate should you have a detailed infos or
maps regarding this sunken ships(Ship’s name,
date of sunk and cargo)to share with me, and
    the approximate location.LATITUDE and LONGITUDE.
I will look forward to hear you about such, and
please send me text for confirmation if you can
extend your knowledge regarding this. send text

gboy….hello, there’s a site in my uncles beach..some of the old folks in samal island said that there is a missing cave in that part, few of our government officials came to that beach and tried to dig or find the hidden treasure but did not find any. a high ranking military officer tried to buy that portion of my grandfathers beach..i just wanna hide the name of the military official even though he’s now dead. there’s been signs on walls, its been said that 3 Japanese generals own the treasure that’s been hid in the caves. tell me your thoughts on that one…pls reply. its crazy but if you only know what i know, i think you would understand…

  11. Gboy Says:

    Mitz,
You are asking the japs treasure ships… exact location, cargo and stuff????

WHY YOU ARE ASKING THESE KIND OF CONFIDENTIAL AND MOST SECRET KIND OF TREASURE INFOS?

Don’t you understand that obtaining these kind of CONFIDENTIAL TREASURE INFOS…it took my team decades of extensive research and lots of money spent?…and you are asking these treasure infos for free?

  12. Manny Says:

Gboy, just ask your thoughts if theirs any buried treasures in Kiotoy, Bunawan Dist, Davao City?
I opened this coz my godfather relate to me recently that his farmland was the main camp of the high ranking Japanese officials since late 1920’s.
I believed in him, coz I have seen the big rusty old steel cables protrudes due to water erosion & so many man made huge clamp shells with drilled holes scattered anywhere else in his farm land. And all of those things suddenly appeared in the mid of 80’s.
On the other hand, my farmland in Samal Island was also a mini camp of the Japanese. My father told me that their was a pool in this area before & it was planted by the Japanese with bamboos in a triangular position.
And also their is file of rocks roughly 30 meters long & 5′ high. Half heart mark sign was also discovered late 90’s.
Look forward to hear you soon.

  13. Gboy Says:

    Manny,
    BTW, kiotoy….is kyoto…tokyo in reverse.
Of course, there are treasures in your area, but if you don’t have a treasure map, living pointer or hi-tech scanner, it would be just a waste of time trying to relocate these sites.
There are some davaoneos THr who have some maps in your area, try to to look and get acquinted with them….maybe they will share it with you.

    Rising Sun,

How we obtain such YTH informstion? Thru extensive YTH research, thru YTH friends and ww2 old folks.
Are we existing on ww2? NO, we are 2nd generation treasure hunter but our old folks are,our old folks (Guerilla Colonel), Chief Intel in the North Luzon and Capt.Marcos is just his junior officer during WW2. Our old folks, planned the capture/surrender of Yamashita and interrogated re Yam treasures. During WW2, my old folks men is 60,000 strong trying to monitor the burials of japs treasures. As Chief Intel, he gathered all treasure infos and became Marcos treasure partner/military crony during martial law days, and succeessfull in recovering 10,000 MT of gold, but confiscated by PCGG and CIA when Marcos was died.
But of course the remaining/unrecovered Marcos reburried sites…is in our TH files, SECRET !!!!

Now you know why we have extensive treasure infos.

    Marcos,

How can you haul treasure in caves/tunnel if the land is owned by somebody else, aber? What we got is A-1 info (seen and verified by other sources) regarding the cave/tunnel treasure…problem is , we don’t own the land, so what you gonna do…shout to land owner and tell them…HOY MAGSILAYAS KAYO SA LUPA NYO KASI KUKUNIN NAMIN ANG TREASURE SA LUPA NYO….ganun? palibhasa hinde ka tunay na treasure hunter kaya di mo alam na most of the treasure sites you are NOT IN CONTROL (pasaway na local officials/land owners, inggeteros, weather, etc)….

Almost all YThunter DOESN’T OWN THE TREASURE SITE LAND, if you had a good treasure infos and w/o the land owner knowledge…you can’t haul it bcoz you are TRESSPASSING….

It only shows that you are IGNORANT IN TREASURE HUNTING…you think that every open cave site is OWNED BY TREASURE HUNTER BCOZ HE HAD TREAS INFO ABOUT THE SITE….WRONG ASSUMPTION…IT IS OWN BY LAND OWNER….ang bobo mo.

    Gboy,
you mentioned about A certain Dumagat site 1and2
can you please elaborate as to were this specific Dumagat site is.Brarangay and province sana.
    T.y.

  46. snipes Says:

    gboy,
the reason why I want to know the Dumagat site is because I have property in Dingalan,Aurora and the indigenouse people there are of the Dumagat tribe and from actual events that I have witnessed
a couple of years ago I wsa lead to believe that tthere might be buried treasure in my property.see on several occassion I saw a team of scuba divers diving in the river near my compound aand I asked them to leave I told them that they are in a private property and I noticed that these were not ordinary men, they were well equiped and financed. Then a couple of japanese guys went there and offered some coocked chicken and lit candle on a table just on top of the ledge that the divers were diving at.Now 4 mnths aago JAIkA,went there and gave a grant to the municipal government to build a brige worth 60mil
to conect both sides of the river.nakapagtataka
lang for the population in both barangay is not even 3thsnd.one more thing they made 4 proposals o
for site plans and the site that they insist on
putting the bridge is, guess what? that same site
I was telling you.the japas from Jaika said they
wont put up the bridge pag hindi daw dun sa site
na yon.Anyway I found out from my own investigation that that particular site used to have an underwater cave and that the cave had a
tunnelthat goes out to the mountain on the other
side fo the river. so in retrospect what do you
think?any comment sir or advice? you can email me
    at romeojohncroxas@yahoo.com

  48. Gboy Says:

    Romeo,

Your Dingalan site is a good candidate for treasure site…If JICA wanted to put a bridge on that site…then thats the treasure site location or entrance. Bcoz JICA is a japanese treasure hunting team disguised as poverty allivation projects.
If you meet the JICA guys,,,frankly tell them that you know what they are after…HIDDEN TREASURES…maybe they will compromise with you and bribe you with billion bucks…hehehe balatuhan mo na lang ako.

    Muroami,
If you know the location of Japs flag pole base..basagin nyo baka may nakatago gold bars dun.Balatuhan nyo na lang ako kung sakali mayron nga hehehe

Japanese Treasure Hunting was my favorite past time when i was just a student in Romblon from 1995-2001.

Scanners and science are useless in finding japanese treasure. Just waste of money and just lead you to nowhere.

Only EXPERIENCE and high level of IQ and intellegence and persistence can help you!

First of all, EXPERIENCE HOW TO FIND SIGNS and interpret the SIGNS to find the right spot.. correct interpretation of signs that you will find while digging is more important than detectors.

And proper understanding of wwII japaneses soldiers culture and japanese writings is also very important ONCE you hit the TUNNEL after digging several Ft.

Correct interpretation of japanese writings that you can find on the Tunnel is of utmost importance..

Dont buy any scanners or detectors!!! papamerahan lang kau ng mga yan walang kwenta yan sa TUNAY Na Japanese TREASURE site! ingat.

  55. Pinoy Toolbar Says:

SA MGA NASA TUNNEL STAGE NA NG HUKAY.. just send me the pics of japanese writings that you can see on the wall baka may idea na ako. Kailangan may Gas mask kn kung papasok sa tunnel.

Kung ngaun naman ay naghuhukay kayo at di nyo alam ang meaning ng mga signs sa mga bato na nahuhukay nyo. You may send me pictures of the SIGNS and the sorrounding.

Kahit wala kang mapa.. basta maraming SIGN. Its worth your time…

  56. Pinoy Toolbar Says:

Kung wla kang mapa at maraming sign. Someone i know can just point to you where to dig to find the TUNNEL then. finally the crypt. But The PROCEDURE is exclusive SECRET to him. This is my email add concade@gmail.com

    hello fellow treasure enthusiasts

share ko lang yung experience ko actually it was my father in law who got scam by a fake gold. it happen few month ago it started with a relative of him. babae yung relative nya she was entrusted daw by a native from bukidnon to look for buyers of gold bars.

he trusted her kc nga relative and he is also treasure enthusiast 100T yung agreed price sa gold bar. since wala sya pera naghanap pa sya ng partners to raise that amount 4 cla nag chip in. i was involve kc yung car ang ginamit para bumiyahe sa maramag bukidnon from cebu. tatlo kami na bumiyahe dun.

nag meet kami nung relative nya sa maramag bukidnon i thought dun na pero yung place pala is somewhere in buddha to be exact. so bumiyahe ngakami dun yung meeting place ay nasa highway lang mga bata pa yung kausap nila mga 20yo mga lalaki mga native (netibo). hindi ako bumaba sa kotse yung father in law ko lng cguro about 20mins cla nag usap then yung isang kasama namin na partner nya pinababa para makita yung gold. after that bumalik cla sa kotse dun binigay yungpera humirit pa yung mga netibo yung kalahati pwde na kahit 30T binigyan ng 10T kinuha pa yung mga relo namin buti na lang yung celpon ko nai tago N73 pa naman. yung relative nya hindi na sumama sa amin kc isasama daw sya sa bundok para mag dasal daw ewan ko. basta nung nai bigay na yung gold pinatakbo ko na yung kotse. i would admit it was all my father in law fault kc sya yung humarap i thought etesting nya dahil yung ang plan pero di nya nagawa. sobra ang tiwala nya sa relative nya. i post this baka may maka basa to be aware of these modus mga natives cla from buddha bukidnon baka may mag offer sa inyo para mahuli ang mga taong ito. yung pera pa naman na ginamit ng fatherin law ko ni loan pa nya until 2012 pa bayaran. eto yung pics sa fake gold bars http://images.cjb.net/822d9.jpg http://images.cjb.net/4ca9b.jpg

gboy, i want your comment on this. I just got interested in treasure hunting this year when i talked with the land owner who used to excavate his property in 1998 and found a big rectangular box @ 20 feet. However, the retrieval operation was not succesful because the box changes position and the water level made it more difficult for the operator. the people involved in the operation bacame sick and later told that there was a “curse” in the site. as a result, they abandoned the site. Last week i convniced the land owner that i will operate on the area on a 50/50 split of the find and he agreed.Right now im looking for the people who will work on it..

    Hexagon,
FYI, almost every month or every week…private jet coming from Philippines have been delivering and selling tons of gold to Hongkong for remelting all coming from buried Treasures.
How they do it? Simply they conduct and operating treasure hunting projects here for years.
If your clients will just sit there and relax, waiting for the gold to come to their doorsteps…nobody will come bcoz all the golds that coming from Philippines are PRODUCT OF TH HARDWORK.

Advise your gold buyers…if they want to have treasure gold, they have to work for it to recover it, bcoz thats what everybody does here specially foreigners. They put several business alibis (mining, logging, construction, etc) just to treasure hunt…oks?

Just being curious because of that carved heart on one of the trees trunk in our hilltop property overlooking the port of Nasipit. I first noticed that carved heart sign, (and also what looks like a letter “H”mark on it as I can remember) wayback in 1978 when I was only 9. That old tree has been there for many years. Would be glad to check your comment. Daghan salamat sir !

good day! I hail from cagayan de oro city but
presently residing here in cebu City (an employee of a certain export company ). Way back in 1997 my brother had discovered a tunnel under a hill that looks like a head of a ship/ beside the entrance is
a soliod rock with a perfect hole carved in it.
out of curiosity we dug up the said tunnel that were
covered with yellowish soil mixed with something like a rotten cartons o lawanit board. From crawling
beginning the entrance we reached to an area where we can stand at eased anymore. but due to some
misunderstanding the search operation was stopped.
above the said hill we can see now a cross erected by the lot owner but the lot owner is unaware of a big and flat stone that has an inscreption which i cannot understand. If anybody is interested on this report I am willing to accompany them to the said area even now.

I belong to a small group of individuals from the north luzon area. We have a copy of map which was acquired from a friend in Baguio of which bought it from an individual not knowing that we have knowledge on the the exact location of its location. We have the information description from an old man of which was formerly a japanese filipino spy that worked on the project itself & has access to information regarding it’s content of which he mentioned was 5 buddhas & 115 boxes they took almost 2 months to disguise the site of which is a man made waterfall landscaped to look natural. within the small waterfall are 4 chambers with the boxes & icons. We are not interested in publicity & thus are not seeking any monetary payment. We are not rich but with our meager means we have tried to operate the site throughout the years but have not managed to get closer to the chambers. The only thing we need is someone to koin us & see for himself if it is worth doing because of so many scams & people fooling others. We have been looking for a partner not a very rich one but someone that can help us operate a small operation to retrieve it. We are not mentioning any price for any operation it will be determined by the individual interested. The proof is there for the person to see. I will wait for a reply to this comment hoping to get one asap.

Sir Gboy ..gud day. Just ask your comment on whether a site discovered has possibility of hidden treasures or not. We found an alleged well on a hill obviously using probably layers of concrete culverts. Top portion of the culvert, protruding from ground about 3 inches, is attached a rectangular slab with holes of the culvert are remained open, whose orientaion of slab is perpectly aligned to east-west and north-south lines, with a vertical 1 inch line mark/sign, parallel to east-west line, or possibly treasure code on east portion of slab. Just wondering why a well on top of a hill. According to old people in the area, Japanese had encamped about 4 km from the alleged treasure site. The well is unknown to the residents. Several places nearby have been visited by Japanese nationals. In fact, a treasure was allegedly recovered 2 years ago by a group with a Japanese from the top of a hill nearby whose obvious sign are yellow bamboos, which can be clearly observed. I suspect that the well is treasure positive because my friend who is living in the area told me that one day a motorist, maybe a TH with map, happened to ask him if he ever saw a concrete well or balloon. Sir Gboy. . your comment pls.
