    Hello Michael,
First of all thanks for all the information you posted in your blog, espcially all those nice pictures and videos. I also want to ask what qualification needed in order to be a member of The Fraternal Order Of Eagles, Cagayan de oro. Thanks and more power to you.

The requirements are not stringent. This is the only native-Filipino fraternal organization in the Philippines. I will ask Sammy, the local chapter president and update as I get more information, but mostly I think you need to have respect for your community and be willing to make a contribution to the betterment of your local community. “Service through strong brotherhood” is the motto. Most Eagles are associated with military and civilian law enforcemnt.

    Hello Michael,

We meet last 5th April at Iligan Eagles club induction of new 42 members including the 2 US attache. Remember the time we chatted about age comparing to 45 yrs old than youre 47 much look younger to him. then you reasoned out because of the sun exposure. i was one of the 3 Kuya there.

    More power, indeed.

  6. Vince Says:

is it legal to copy the name of FOE from U.S.A to The Fraternal Order of Eagles Philippines? just curious… no offense

I don’t think so, and I believe that’s why the official name is “Fraternal Order of Eagles, Philippine Eagles”, to distinguish the groups and to side-step legal issues that could have arisen.
