I will ask Sammy, the local chapter president and update as I get more information, but mostly I think you need to have respect for your community and be willing to make a contribution to the betterment of your local community. "Service through strong brotherhood" is the motto. Most Eagles are associated with military and civilian law enforcemnt. The requirements are not stringent.
