13th Anniversary, Philipppine Eagles of Cagayan de Oro
Last February 17th, I, along with countless other Kuyas of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Philippine Eagles, participated in the 13th anniversary celebration of the Club in Cagayan de Oro by planting mangrove shoots in the Tay-Tay area of El Salvador. We planted 5000 mangrove shoots to replenish the and are they had been planted previously but portions of which had been wiped out by a typhoon.
It was my first experience participating in an activity outside the regular monthly meetings held by the club, and both “Ate” Marissa and myself enjoyed it thoroughly.
