Colonel Isagani Genabe, Philippine Eagle

I was honored to attend the March 2008 monthly meeting where Colonel Isagani Genabe was not only the guest speaker, but also was inducted as an honorary member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Philippine Eagles.

Colonel Genabe and I had previously met at a meeting of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro (Mother Club).
