The dog belongs to a barangay captain. I wanted to scold him about letting his dog get free and stolen, but I assumed he'd learned his lesson and will protect his dog more in the future. I have a suggestion or you may have done this already ,why not put pictures of this dog in many Philippine forums and sites for increase traffic of your rescued dog blog.Anyhow,the dog is safe and well taken care of it she stays with you.
