Here’s the Qualified Theft Complaint, in full, that was filed against Gus Rodano and his cohorts/co-conspirators Filed in DAVAO City. Not a pleasant read. These are criminal charges in Davao City. Thus Summons for the Davao Qualified Theft case have been issued against all conspirators, and should be served by the end of this week. [...]
