Monkey Profile & Psychological Evaluation
In the TRO hearing the Respondent Gus Rodano complained that the Plaintiff Michael Turner had created monkey profiles of him on Facebook.
Here’s Gus’ actual Facebook account screenshot at that time. Note that the image is of a chimp, an ape (with no tail) and not of a monkey (which has a tail). Both Apes and Monkeys are still considered to be primates for those Animal Planet buffs.
The Plaintiff’s Motion to find Respondents in Contempt had an attachment that included a screen shot of Respondent Gus Rodano’s “monkey” Facebook profile, as well as his psychological profile.
