Here’s the Qualified Theft Complaint, in full, that was filed against Gus Rodano and his cohorts/co-conspirators Filed in DAVAO City.
Not a pleasant read.
These are criminal charges in Davao City. Thus Summons for the Davao Qualified Theft case have been issued against all conspirators, and should be served by the end of this week.

Mike saw the good news on the TV yesterday looks like your TRO was issued so those very public arrests of those guys looks like it is the beginning of the end for them and the others who have been involved, well done.
No one should underestimate how important this case is. For a foreigner to triumph over locals in the legal justice system is very important if the Philippines is going to attract BPO and other foreign funded business ventures. the detractors will of course be spitting into their cornflakes and muttering away, let them, justice looks like being seen to prevail.
